Vehicle Parking at NZ Trials Champs on Sunday and Monday of Labour weekend 2023
Venue Harding Rd, Wharepapa South
Please note that parking will be “tight” at this venue, and we will endeavor to have your parking assisted by a parking attendant. Weather will dictate our strategy.
The “car park” for both Sunday and Monday may need to be near to Mondays sections [Sundays sections will be approx. 1km further along the track].
If this becomes our plan we ask that only spectators and observers take vehicles to Sundays sections and suggest that you make it known to the parking attendant whether your vehicle will be required to convey spectators/observers to said sections.
The parking attendant will then position your vehicle in such a place to enable easy access to the track to Sunday’s sections.
If we need to adopt the “wet conditions plan” the admin headquarters may need to be at the car park. This would necessitate a 2km [round trip] for collecting lap cards etc.
We hope to have “ferry” vehicles to aid transport on Sunday should we adopt the above plan.
If you intend to bring a large vehicle [motorhome etc.] to the event please check with Colin Downs, phone, 0274962314, as to whether or where we can accommodate your vehicle [we may need to park you at the woolshed which is more than 1km from the carpark].

No late entries will be accepted after this date.
No entries on the day will be accepted.
This is due to time to print programs and catering.
In the event of cancellation of the event for whatever reason, i.e. adverse weather or any other unforeseen reason outside the control of either Club, full refunds will be provided but may take up to 28 days to process.
